$6.95 Flat Rate Shipping is Ground Advantage Economy via USPS. UPS shipping options are available at checkout for an increased rate.
Q. How do I change my shipping address if I have already placed an order?
A. Contact CottonStateGifts@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing an order, making sure to reference your order number, name, and current address.
**Please note that it is not always possible to change your shipping address once an order has been placed. Once the item has shipped, you will need to contact the carrier (USPS, UPS) directly to inquire about re-routing options.
Q. What carriers do you use for shipping?
A. We currently ship via USPS and UPS.
Q. Do you accept returns?
A. Due to the nature of what we sell, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please contact us with any concerns.
Q. My shipment was damaged, what do I do?
A. If you received damaged items, please notify us within 48 hours via email at CottonStateGifts@gmail.com. If you purchased Route Shipping Insurance, damaged shipment claims should be filed directly through Route.
Q. How do I get in touch with someone about my order?
